I am doing this for an under 18s remix competition. The prize is to do a DJ set at the under-age festival in August! So am trying hard to win.

In all honesty, the festival itself picked the most shittiest song ever. but it's a really good remix of it. Well done.

Yeah it is terrible. Appalling to work with aswell. They gave us all the instruments but all of them were unusable! Oh well.

I think it's alright as it is. unless, are you allowed to play around with the vocals? They sound horrid haha.

Yeah you are, what wud you do to em? I dont want to do what all the other decent entries have done. Which is to use a bit of the vocals in the intro then just have your own tune which has nothing to do with original all the way through. I wanted it to be obvious that it was the same song, but not be absolute bollocks if you know what I mean. So didnt wanna play with them too much. Just added effects.

Maybe do some fading in and out just before the beats speed up a bit. I think that would sound good.

yeh, i didnt give it any just before the drop though. You think I should? And nothing else? I have a small idea which I shall see if it works tomorow. Cutting up some female vocals and just having them in background. So just some "ahhh"s and "ooohh"s etc.
